Last Quarter Moon in Sagittarius

Hello friends! I’m still here, although that Blood Moon eclipsed me for a spell.

The astrology activated my natal chart in a very personal way and well, all that you read about eclipses creating major endings and beginnings when lined up just so is absolutely true. I am beginning to land after a whirlwind move that took place during the 2 weeks between the New Moon Solar Eclipse in Aquarius and the Full Moon Lunar Eclipse in Virgo.

Just days before the New Moon Eclipse in Aquarius, my life turned upside down; it became clear that I needed to move out of the home I was living in, and within 18 hours I received an opportunity to move back into a house that I first moved into in 2017 when eclipses were happening in Aquarius and Leo. Two weeks of packing and planning ensued, and move day ended up being Monday March 2nd. The first night I slept here was the night of the Blood Moon eclipse which was exactly conjunct my IC — a point in the chart that has a lot to do with roots/foundations.

In addition to the eclipses triggering my natal chart and personal timelines, there were/are many other planetary aspects that are forcing my hand this spring, including my second Saturn return. TBH it’s pretty rough going some moments, and I am grateful for all that has kept me afloat, inducing the generosity of friends (you know who you are), my sweet Virgo kitties, my piano, epsom salt baths, the ocean, the horizon line, so many stars in dark skies, a familiar yet new home, my TimeLord Venus (who I am able to watch setting into the horizon each night) and Jupiter’s protective benevolence in my first house.

What these last few weeks have reminded me is that personal astrology transits are no joke, and understanding the time frame and energetic texture of certain periods is helpful at both making meaning and gaining perspective, especially when life feels completely overwhelming.
